Curcuma is a unique combination of turmeric root extract with 95% curcuminoids, essential oil of the turmeric root and standardized ginger extract.
Benfida Curcuma contains turmeric root extract with 95% curcuminoids (the entire complex) combined with the essential oil of turmeric root, which is rich in turmerones.
For a broader effect, a standardized ginger extract was added, with 20% gingerols (active ingredients of ginger).
Unique to Benfida Curcuma is that it contains a much higher concentration of curcuminoids than turmeric powder, which is available as a spice in the kitchen. Turmeric powder contains only 2% curcuminoids. Benfida Curcuma, on the other hand, contains no less than 95% curcuminoids. A 500 mg capsule contains 475 mg of curcuminoids, of which 325 mg is curcumin.
